The prestigious Conde Nast Traveler Magazine hasincluded the St. Kitts Park Hyatt Resort in its 2018 Hot List of the 102 best new hotels in the world.The Hyatt was one of 11 hotels from the Caribbean region to make the list

For this year’s Hot List, Condé Nast Traveler’s editors vetted hundreds of recently opened hotels and resorts, from West Africa to Miami, and picked the 102 best new hotels in the world.

The Cabrits Resort Kempinski, Dominica is on track for completion in the second quarter of 2019, and has recruited a general manager for the hotel. The Black Bay Master Development in Saint Lucia will be located on the picturesque southern tip of the island, on the Caribbean southwest coast.

The Park Hyatt St Kitts, which opened on November 17, 2017, topped a list of best new hotels in the Caribbean according to CNN.
The recently launched Six Senses St. Kitts will be set on the site of a former sugar plantation with gentle hills rolling down to a long stretch of sandy beach fronting the Caribbean Sea, and is due to open in 2021.
Range has two other citizenship-by-investment projects under development in the region, The Black Bay Master Development in Saint Lucia and The Cabrits Resort Kempinski in Dominica, the first government approved real estate project in Dominica under the country’s Citizenship by Investment Program.
A minimum investment of US$ 220,000 in the project will entitle investors and their families to a citizenship of the Commonwealth of Dominica. It is the most advanced of any government-approved project on the island.
